3. Roles and Access

Orthomentor provides access for three types of users — Students, Tutors, and Admins. Each role has specific permissions and limitations:

• Students: Can access videos, blogs, MCQs, and livestreams.
• Tutors: Can upload videos, blogs, podcasts, and track performance.
• Admins: Manage overall platform, users, and revenue reports.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform in any way. Prohibited actions include:

• Uploading or distributing harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Sharing copyrighted material without authorization.

5. Content Ownership

All educational materials, logos, and resources on Orthomentor are protected by intellectual property laws. Content uploaded by tutors remains their property, but Orthomentor reserves the right to display it for educational purposes.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for premium courses or subscriptions are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds, if applicable, are handled as per course-specific policies and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orthomentor is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform. All learning resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in misconduct, or misuse the platform. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
